What you have done, so far, is just so staggeringly perfect. You have set your standards so high. I know all about that because everyone tells me that I do that too. It just has to be right, so sometimes, the unthinkable has to be done, I guess.
So sorry……..tomorrow all will be well again.-Karen.
Hey, no one is perfect, right?
I’m feeling exceedingly less than perfect right about now!

At least I’m done the un-quilting and am ready to get it right this next time. It was really an undeniable mess . . .
Ouch. I can hear those poor stitches screaming from here.
That was me you heard screaming . . .
Ha ha!
Just like a person who sews hates to rip out a seam.
Yes, I’m sure. With quilting, it’s all about making the stitches as teeny as possible. Lovely, until they have to be picked out!
Looks like a lot of extra work! Hope it will end up just the way you wanted it to.
It took longer to get the damn stitches out than it did to put them in. It set me back a few days but I imagine I’ll think it was worth it in the end.
I’ll take your word for it. Looks painful.
It was unpleasant and exacting work. All I could think about was what if the seam ripper slipped and cut the fabric . . .
Scary!
GRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
Oscar
My thoughts exactly!
I sense some hostility in your voice.
How very perceptive of you! 😉
You know what they say …
Don’t blog angry. 😉
Hunny I feel your pain….
I’m over it now! I have it re-basted and am ready to start quilting again!
Yeah, go create 😀
I have never been much of a quilter but thanks for the tip. I do love quilted bedcovers though!
Oh no!! I feel your pain!!! xxx
It’s okay–I got over it and am back on track!
